Q36 front row. Had the same seats since the new Ponsford opened.
Had a few changes of personnel around us but mainly the same people.

Used to being up high and having a good view of the ground.
Seats are under cover unless the wind is blowing in from the Punt Rd end (which is very rare).

Question for legends and reserved seat members, where are your allocated seats?

It seems that many from my area have left for "better seating". (To be away from opposition supporters).

I love my home seats for the MCG. But a lot of non reserved people are sitting there, including opposition supporters.

I hope this isnt the case next year. It's just awkward and very annoying.

With my Legends membership for home MCG games I sit on Level 2 (Olympic Stand). The view of the game is great and they serve Lazy Yak at the bar. The only bad thing is that opposition supporters also sit there and they can get pretty annoying.

For away MCG games I sit on Level 2 (Ponsford Stand). This was my first year sitting there and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The view of the game is also great here, there are mostly passionate pies fans around me and the bar is pretty close to my seat.

I have sitting on Level 2 of the Ponsford Stand since I upgraded my membership about 11 or 12 years ago and I love the view and seating.

I actually thought it was only Home/Away games for Legends Members only!

Where abouts do you sit?

Interstate, but it includes 3 games a year. Not that I ever use the games, I haven't seen the Pies play live at a home game since the early 90's. But I provide my donation to the club every year (not overly happy with last year - no membership cap sent. I had to collect from the game venue - ha how can I do this? And when I asked for one to be sent out to me they said they had run out.)
Plus side - due to being a long term member I was allowed to enter the ballot for the 2010 & 2011 grand final tickets. Scored in 2010 (both finals), missed out 2011.

For home; I sit in the front row of level 3 (Ponny) and I LOVE the seats.

But I think a few members around us have decided to move to level 2 as we had some trouble with opposition supporters sitting in the area.

I missed the last 2 seasons as I was living overseas, but I'm just hoping that we wont have that problem in 2018.

I changed my away seats to level 2.

Also, it's a lot cheaper and gives access to GF tickets every year.
