I’m at 44, 39 + 5 without Ramma. Who have I double counted then?

Apologies. 44 with Lynch included

Isn't it 43 plus Cox. Or was Cox upgraded to the primary list. I thought we were keeping him as a category B rookie for one more year because we can. I thought you could have up to three category B rookies, in addition to you list of 44.

I also thought that Josh Thomas got upgraded, because you cant be a category A rookie for more than 2 years and his time is up.

so i have it at 39, plus 4 category A rooks, plus 1 category B rook.

Players can spend 3 years on the rookie list regardless whether they're category a or b. Therefore Cox had to be promoted to the senior list, while Thomas could spend another year as a rookie, which is what occurred. Promoting Cox in the absence of another category b rookie means our list size decreases by one in 2018, from 45 to 44.

I feel sorry for Ramsay. Seems he was cruelled by injury, and never fully recovered.

This is why I don't bemoan AFL players earning big money, as their careers can end in a flash.

Thanks Ramma for giving it your best. I wish you well.
