Its been suggested elsewhere that we sent Crameri for medical tests.

Unless the medical tests were in anticipation of harvesting the still functioning body parts, why? I can only think of two possible reasons:
1. Mayne needs some company in the two's, or
2. Wells needs someone to sit with and talk to whilst the team is playing.

Crameri is a no brained ffs. Cheap, proven, low risk, and we need his type.

No love for Starcevich?

Plenty! I like the look of the kid, especially his kicking, and I can't say I'm not a little intrigued by the thought of the 2020 Granny (the first year under our new coach, whoever he might be - hopefully some young guy called Matthews)

Moore, Daicos, Brown, Starcevich, did Jamie Turner or Tony Francis have kids?
Sounds nice, and we often do very nicely in years with round numbers.

1910, 1930, 1990, 2010, & Grannies in 1920, 1960, 1970, 1980.

These kids would just about be ready to be stars by then, under new Captain Brayden Maynard (or Tom Phillips?, or Treloar?).

How good is Hartung?

He absolutely blitzed the Combine a few years back, but hasn't really shown much in the big time, seems like the mind isn't quite there, or the step up was a bit much?

We do have an uncanny ability of quickly developing overlooked players, or rejuvenating older ones & improving imports. (Maynard, Grundy, Treloar Adams, Dunn, Howe, Phillips, Crisp, etc). This makes me hopeful about Murray and whoever we pick down the list later this month.

Do we have ANY idea who Dekka is looking at? We usually do by now. Everyone has ideas about the type we should be chasing, but I'd love to know who we actually ARE chasing.

Anyone?

Stephenson ran a 6:21 2km time trial which would have placed him 3rd amongst Collingwood players the other day. He's also one of the quickest in the draft.

Can't be much wrong with his heart if his burst speed and endurance is already at that level prior to entering an elite AFL program.

I'm more worried now about the heart of Kirby after running a 8:05.

LOL.

Any news here? I guess we'll have to wait until after the draft to see what positions are left, and which delisted players are left.

Here I am getting into an argument with the mrs about making sure I get the TV at 6:30 and it's all jibberish...

Cmon and get to the picks already!

I'll be hoping for Fogarty at pick 6. But will also be happy with Carra or Brayshaw. I'll be keen to see what happens with Naughton and Stephenson too.

Out if interest sake I'll be interested to see where Richards and Stacevich end up. Would love to get them, but we dont have the picks.

I'll be hoping no one bids on Brown and we get him late.

I'll also be keeping an eye on where Clavarino gets taken.
