When we were in Vegas in 2012, He had a headache for 2 days. We went to the grand canyon on Christmas Eve, Junior and i were knackered and just wanted to crash, but hubby was like "we will have a nap and go get some dinner and walk down the strip". He fell asleep, we weren't hungry, so we let him sleep. next morning he was all apologetic, and we were like, Meh! So Christmas day we go for a buffet breaky, and then e and junior hit the roller coaster inside New York New York. We walked down the strip and back, and went to get grab a cardi for dinner. Off we go across the bridge for a buffet dinner, as it was Christmas day it was something else!! Half way across the bridge i say äre you okay? you look really knackered."he says "this bloody headache wont budge, those panadol you have arnt helping'" hmm i think. "where did you get the panadol?" thinking no way hed go in my bag without asking. "next to the bed on the bench"he says. "the little bottle". oooooh. "how any have you taken?"" two"he says. ahhhh i say. "how long have you been taking them?" "since yesterday morning".

hmm. they were sleeping tablets! i bought for the plane, and Vegas was keeping me awake! Oh My god so funny, he was slumped in the booth with a tomato soup whilst Junior and i feasted on Christmas dinner!

i might slip him another!!

Oldest is in Oxford doing the management & leadership course for retail managers that goes for 8 days. Everything is paid for including 2-3 nights in an upmarket hotel in Soho when she first arrived. The "students" live there & have their meals I think in the place used for Harry Potter films - Harry Potter was part of her childhood growing up! She was so excited

The mobile is being switched off for the 8 days and it's an intensive. When she get back they're flying her to NZ to present her experience over there. Pretty amazing for a 26 about to be 27 year old who has never been to uni and was pretty unacademic at school. Her best subject was "Textiles" or some such thing & she's always liked fashion.

She once asked me when she was about to go out "what do you think of this outfit" ? I remarked the skirt was too short.

Her response was why am I asking a man who wears shorts 24/7 about fashion? Beats me!

Basically. I still laugh when they first used canned spray tan. I wore sunglasses in the house to tease the oldest - it was soooo orange and she's very pale skinned. Very Happy

Oh god YES! At least the colour is more realistic now! Junior is addicted! Which is quite funny because she has fairly olive skin! The eldest is like me, English peaches and cream! Or snowflake! Juniors sheets have a weird tinge now, it won't come out!
