Pity Gold Coast.
They had a good coach, so they replaced him with Eade, who promptly lost the players and took them to the bottom of the ladder. This year .... more of the same.
Result: Eade has been sacked.
So .... what is their next trick? _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

This will be the first of many sackings at that club.
after 7 years I think they only just now got a clubhouse and half decent suburban footy training facilities.
Get Neil Craig as strength and conditioning coach
get Scotty Burns as Head Coach
Sack the rest of the assistants, including Solomon. The reason the players probably like him is not coaching related, but because hes a lad. No reason for him to be a head coach. If you have been there from the beginning of the organisation and participated in bottom of the ladder finishes, you should be gone. |

Hard to imagine a club that received one of the best players of all time, along with a butt load of draft picks failed to make the finals.
Then you look at GWS, who landed Scully and a butt load of picks. I guess they drafted correctly. _________________ A Goal Saved Is 2 Goals Earned! |

Tough call chief.
As Gerard and the Drunkard said last night on AFL360, Eade's first year of 2015 was effectively a write off with the cultural problems left behind by McKenna, who stuck his head in the sand like a shamed ostrich to all that unfolded around him from 2011-2014, and a never ending string of injuries.
So to ask him to perform a miracle during 2016-2017 with a semi-fit Ablett, and homesick players jumping ship augogo, was clearly delusional thinking by this board, who quite frankly wouldn't know if their arses were on fire. _________________ M I L L A N E 4 2 forever |
