Did what had to be done. Wasn't pretty but it's the result that counts. Good win.

Moore's interview wasn't good for Grundy. He needs more media training as well as some footy training.

Gees, with friends like Moore, Grundy doesn't need enemies! WTF?!

Laughing I was thinking the same thing!

Perhaps the AFL needs to ban sling tackles altogether to remove the confusion. Otherwise, it will get to the stage that players are afraid to tackle.

Mark Stevens reckons it's two weeks for Brodie!!! Just ridiculous!

Love your optimism Doris, but if Brodie is suspended we're stuffed!

Awful shame about Greenwood too. He is such a valuable player with his courage and ability to close the stars out of the game.

Particularly bad to lose Greenwood for the Geelong game (assuming he's done something bad) - he's always so entertaining to watch smashing Selwood!

it wasn't pretty but a win is a win - we could have just said f*** it, the season is screwed, but no we didn't and our intensity was there from start to finish - if anyone doubts the integrity of this group then piss off to somewhere else - these blokes are bleeding for this club.

Agree ROB.
What I find really interesting is the way Treloar, Adams and de Goey have stepped up int he absence of Pendles. I wonder if it's that old story of "lesser" players leaving it to the champion to the magical things when he's playing and then taking on the responsibility when he's not there?

Maybe it is time I just follow Melbourne Storm.
I cannot get excited one iota with this team.
Time to cut my losses and just shut up shop.

Good move bye.

I actually thought similar this arvo b4 the game - sometimes u become so reliant on the number one player u forget how to make decisions and play to our potential yourself - we need a champion team not a team of champions so to speak..

That's four games in a row without a loss. Backline improving and our young guns are coming on in.leaps and bounds. We get to try ourselves now against three top.sides and hopefully knock Melbourne out of the finals.

I'm excited finally!!!
