Very impressive backline. Surprised Langdon can't crack it for a spot, though.

So we can basically field 2 AFL quality backlines but can't pick one AFL standard forward line?

Laughing Laughing Indeed, should never have left the VFL. He' still not ready for the AFL. Selection committee has a lot to answer for

Can't be a good sign if the talls we drafted last year can't get a game in the VFL. Confused

Will be looking for a good performance from Aish. I'm hoping to see him turn his form around. He should be in our best 22.

That CHB line of Varcoe, Reid, & Scharenberg will be interesting to watch. That alone could be enough to win this game. Assuming Varcs is fit and plays the full game of course.

Dont know what to think re: Mayne. Thought he was a big chance to get into the AFL. But not even an emergency. If he hits the scoreboard hard again, surly he comes into consideration?

A little annoyed that Brown was left out. Would like to see him go on with senior games, but I guess its good management?

A forward line of Blair, White and Crocker could be.... interesting. I dont think Blair or White will play seniors again.

Want to see how well Keeffe performs. And of course if Kirby can keep up his impressive VFL performances. Also a little worried about Daicos, has he been injured?

Daicos has not been injured of late. Only missed one game with an apparent corky, early in the season and was taken from the ground under the concussion protocol before the state league bye vs Box Hill....
