It could end here. Captains may agree to a draw. _________________ Donny.

That should happen although maybe waiting for a ton. _________________ Annoying opposition supporters since 1967. |

Congratulations to the Vics. South Australia reached 6/236. The match ended with them needing just 288 for victory. |

Clinical effort from the Bushrangers.
Played perfectly for the scenario: SA must win. Victoria wins the Shield with a draw.
Full marks to Holland (8/152) and Patto, with the ball.
Dean and Harris set it up beautifully, with a double ton opening stand. Excellent 'occupy the crease' efforts from Patto & Gotch in the first innings and by Christian & Gotch in the second. Finch also batted well. _________________ Donny.

It should also be said that it was a particularly fabulous batting performance, given that the heart was ripped out of the Vics' middle order by Maxwell and Stoinis being shipped off to India. |

This is the nature of SS.
NSW, who narrowly missed the final, would've been without Starc, Hazlewood, Cummins, Warner, Smith, O'Keefe and Lyon. _________________ Donny.
