Does anyone even like this bloke? I love my cricket and I'm so sick of him. His obvious joy when an Australian batsmen gets out is very unprofessional and just annoying. Same when an opposition batsmen or bowler does well he can't contain himself. I am contemplating getting a petition started to present to channel 9 to get rid of him for the sake of our summer. Just throwing it out there to a few places to guage the response. Cheers.

No Donny I have never posted about cricket on here. Not sure how that matters? Nicks to me is a football site and I don't often look at any other forums apart from general discussion? Was just putting it out there to anyone who was actually interested in giving a worthwhile opinion.

I don't have an opinion on Mark Nicholas one way or another, but he's been a part of the Channel 9 commentary team since the 2006/2007 Ashes series, so I don't think his role will be relinquished any time soon.

As far as I know, he's back in good health after having recent health troubles during the Boxing Day test.

I've always liked him. Dont need to have 100% Aussies in the commentary box.

I haven't really noticed him being delighted when our batsmen go out or anything like that, but I have been out of Aus for almost 2 years now.
