Legendary Australian musician Ross Hannaford of Daddy Cool fame (among many others) lost his battle with cancer today.
Incredibly under-rated and one of the genuine nice guys. Just 65 years young.
Thank you Ross, you were one of my boyhood music heroes.

got to meet him a few times when i was younger because he was the father of a friend of mine. back then i couldn't believe my good fortune in meeting an australian legend.

How sad
I enjoyed seeing Daddy Cool, Ross Wilson and Ross Hannaford play many times over the years starting when I was about 14. |
