Has to be more than his football ability, doesn't it?
If my completely unfounded assumption is correct, would a new start on a rookie list fix him up?
With the exception of last year, I have memories of him tearing us up during more than one Anzac Day game. |

was awful in the last few rounds of the season. was a shadow of what we onow he is capable of. perhaps more to those performances than meets the eye.

I would be disgusted with the club if we signed Dempsey.
He was one of the players on Essendons list in 2012 that didnt inject the stuff.
Nice to see they repay him with a juicy delisting when all the injectors returned.

Agree- re: disgusted.
Yet- I would argue had the drugs business not happened he would have been arsed a few years ago.

That is probably true.
What would have happened if he was one of the ones to get banned? Would he have been given the Tayte Pears retirement or would that have given him a one year Stanton we owe you type contract?
He managed to play an extra 11 games while everyone else was travelling Europe. Wonder how he feels about that.
