So hubby is volunteering with Damien Mander's IAPF in Zimbabwe for 2 weeks in May next year after which I will fly over and meet him in Vic Falls and we will spend 6 weeks driving around Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia in a roof top camper - can't wait!! Cool

He got his briefing notes today - breakfast is at 6am Laughing Laughing

We are so not morning people - I'm still laughing ( he is all " nah it will be good" - in between saying 6am really 6am!!)

I had an early meeting this morning so I was at work at 7am. Confused

Getting out of bed before 6am is hard. Eating breakfast at 6 am is only possible if I'm just getting home at that time.

Watching the Rob Lowe Roast and Jimmy Carr comes out and absolutely slaughters every member of the roasting panel.

Watching the faces, not only those of the targets but the audience was fkn brilliant. His form of humour would be brutal to them. Fkn funny.

Left home about 6:20am. Seriously helps that it's actually light then.

There was another meeting from 5pm to 7pm. I ducked it. Wink

An example of his work.

There was this woman named Anne Coulter on the panel. She's a right wing attack dog and was about as welcome amongst a bunch of leftie artists and a Hollywood audience as a fart in an elevator. Everyone gave it to her, Jimmy Carr held nothing back.

Before anyone gets offended, take a deep breath and get over yourself. Everyone on the panel, and the roastee, copped it in similar style. When it was her turn, she put her book up on the lectern and tried to crack jokes to mainly stoney silence.

Seeing Mr Bean on the news today made me happy. I feared Rowan Atkinson had given up on his character. Shame he was taking about money from China

Speaking of Captain America Civil War (in the movie thread), what was Thor doing during that movie?

He was kicking back with Darrel back here in Aus.
