looked at the vfl page today to see where we are playing and there was no game post.
Further investigation and I find we have a bye this weekend.
Seems to be a lot of down days in the VFL this year.
But at least after this week we have 3 games in a row at Vic Park.h

The Coburg match, which was originally set down for Vic Park, has been transferred to the Holden Centre...

Well, unless we finish top 2, earn the right to a home final and play it at VP. But the money hungry accountants wouldn't go for that...

Casey beat Sandy so they go 2nd and we drop to 3rd.

But we are 1 win away of making sure at least we make the Finals

Nothing to make sure of. We're playing finals, even if we lose our last 5 games.

10 wins in the bank. We're there.

The only thing that remains to be seen is whether this rather modest outfit of ours can keep on winning to not only lock away top 4, but also put top 2 into play. The first stress test is against Geelong this week and their recent form scares the hell out of me.

But then, I felt exactly the same way the week leading up to Williamstown. And how did that game turn out...? Wink
