Revenue has been static in recent years. Hard to grow now without on field success pushing up membership and merchandise sales. Doesn't help when the AFL keep 1.4 mil of your usual revenue. At least we are still in good shape with the team not making finals. _________________ Magpies love pies(Lol) |

It's our 15th consecutive profit and no debt as of October 31 2015! We have to be happy with that. _________________ | 1902 | 1903 | 1910 | 1917 | 1919 | 1927 | 1928 | 1929 | 1930 | 1935 | 1936 | 1953 | 1958 | 1990 | 2010 | 2023 | |

Apparently Melbourne made a profit of around $300k this year... After receiving $800k in 'equalisation' cash from us and the Hawks (and a couple of other teams).
Why the **** are we giving cash to teams who then announce profits? Surely those taxes should be distributed to clubs to help them break even, not make profits from other clubs hard work? Makes me so $£$%^%%$ angry knowing that that shit stain of a club is crowing about profits they only obtained because clubs like Collingwood doled out welfare to them |

They may have turned a modest profit after charity this year but what is their overall debt. With AFL clubs in debt to around $90 million this has to be addressed.
The problem is the AFL would rather use our money than the AFL's money. _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |
