I read all the comments when the deal was done and I was dubious about his recruitment. He was described by many as soft and inconsistent. He has proved to be anything but and in recent games he has easily been in out top 10 player. A fantastic including in our team. Another recruiting win for the Pies _________________ Now Retired - Every Day Is A Saturday |

Yeah I wasn't a fan of recruiting him, thought we'd be better off picking up another kid, been one of the recruits of the year so far.
I too thought he was softish but he's been as hard as a Cats head to date. _________________ Defender...........

He's 185cm so very much the Varcoe size.
He'll probably be used as part of the deal for Dangerfield should that come to be. _________________ He's mad. He's bad. He's MaynHARD! |

I thought it was a solid like for like replacement with losing Lumumba but he has exceeded my expectations by a long shot.
Expected him to drift in and out of games but the move to half back keeps him in it all day and he's got the work rate to go with it. |
