Just saw this guys trick shots on collingwoodfc.com.au, put footy through Basketball hoops from a fair distance out.

With that sort of accuracy hope to see him in ones soon.

Has a solid build and with those skills will be more than handy.

Hopefully aanother good rookie pick Up from the master Derek Hines.

Hopefully you are right. Just remember you've got to get the ball before you can kick it.

Impressive, but I am sceptical. Camera positioned perfectly where you lose sight of the ball about 80% into its trajectory. Pendles was probably shooting hoops in there and they just whacked the edit together.

Yeah, i'd prefer a wide shot so you could see the ball the whole time.

Not so sure, I've heard he's an awfully good kick (2 in the VFL last wk), I've no doubt its real, the question, as with all such things, is how many takes?
I'm confident I could make a shot like that, it might take a couple of months, but I'd get there!

I've been reasonably informed that he kicked it on his 2nd attempt.

sure he did. You might notice that he did two. One over his head and one from the side. both of them are quite amateurishly done as the ball takes too long to get to the basket after it disappears from camera site meaning that they didn't quite time the ball drop.

he may have done something fancy with a ball and a hoop which might have given them the idea and I'm sure he is very talented, but I have seen these clips made in the USA and they are fake fake fake. they look cool though and we all want to believe so I see why you all are merely "skeptical".
