Was hoping for Parker but really happy with Armstead.

Now if the 49ers use their 2nd and tradable 3rd picks to trade back into the backend of the first and take DGB I'll be a very happy supporter.

Steelers get a steal with Dupree at 22. Just need to work on his consistency and he'll be a dominant player.

Be the NFL Network coverage

DTM, I can't believe I didn't see your post until just now - it didn't occur to me that there would be FTA coverage of the NFL draft here. Sorry I didn't get to see it - but thanks for posting the info (hope some other interested Nicksters got your alert): I'll know to check next year. Crying or Very sad

The 9ers are looking up, OEP? These guys are all just names to me - I just want the Pats not to get the next Brady with pick 199.

Honestly, their first round pick is a project player with huge upside and a pick I like a lot. After that it's been pretty vanilla, Baalke really hasn't done anything t our improve the current playing list rather he's built more depth. Given all that I'm disappointed to this point because he's had numerous chances, and the picks, to more up and grab an available impact player. DGB, Jalen Collins and Erik Kendricks in the second or could've taken Jaelen Strong in the 3rd round.

None of the picks made were bad, all of them were solid picks with real upside but there were players available that had real impact power potential in positions 49ers were needy.

Oh, dear!!!

"The NFL has suspended New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for four games without pay over the "Deflategate" scandal after an investigation found he probably was aware of ball tampering in a key playoff game.

The National Football League also fined the Patriots $US1 million and stripped the Super Bowl champions of both their 2016 first round draft pick and the 2017 fourth round draft pick."

Well, Dave, I get way too much money, as well, but I don't even own a gun (or a Porsche, or a bevy of hookers, for that matter). There's something more to it than just the money.

A big, big, big weekend. I wish I was there. I will celebrate by watching this on DVD (again, again):

It's moments like these that you're glad you didn't get "12 equals 3 times 4" tattooed on your forehead.... Laughing
