So, the voting was Sidey 5 from both coaches, two of Grundy, Pendlebury and Rich got 4 from 1 coach and none from the other and the third of that trio got 3 and 1, Green 3 from one coach and none from the other, Adams and Taylor each 2 from one coach and none from the other and Toovey 1 vote from one coach. Apart from Sidey, it looks like the coaches saw everything differently.

Sidebottom's exclusion for the next month or so is a huge blow to the club and these votes from the two coaches reaffirms that.

I hope we can cover his absence sufficiently and as best as possible because he's on the verge of becoming an elite A-grader this year.

Another big game by Fyfe (36 disposals). Could well be on 20 votes after 2 games.

Kennedy's 10 goals will probably draw the 10 points. Gaff, Shuey and Gibbs will be thereabouts.

Bontempelli was the Bulldogs best.

Dylan Shiel (26 & 3 goals) and Coniglio (26 & 2) should draw the votes for the Giants.

Jacobs, Sloane and Dangerfield were among Adelaide's best. Pendles could draw minor votes.

Bruce's 6 goals could see him the top voter for St Kilda although a 10 for Armitage (36 disposals) woulldn't surprise.

The usual suspects for Sydney - Kennedy, Franklin, Jack - could all draw votes.

Heppell had a big game for Essendon. So did Hooker and Watson. Lewis (34 disposals) may get minors.
