The punch almost floored Chapman and cut him requiring stitches and a concussion test. If that doesn't constitute heavy impact I don't know what does. |

Wtf Dave? He hit him hard enough that Chapman lost his feet, drew blood, and he had to be concussion tested and you reckon it wasn't a hard hit? Not to mention he hit him around the temple area, which is extremely dangerous.

Just like they scrapped the carry over points they also scrapped the early plea discount. He gets whatever penalty is handed down and if he doesn't like it he can then take it to the tribunal.

Not sure if he's gone:
Intentional = 1 week
High impact = 1 week
Left the ground = 1 week
Altered consciousness = 2 weeks
Blood & stiches = 2 weeks
Subtotal = 7 weeks
Did what a lot of us wanted to be done to him over many years = minus 4 weeks
Entertainment Value = minus 2 weeks
Great left hook = minus 4 weeks
Subtotal = minus 10 weeks
Accordingly, he will be found guilty but awarded an additional 3 weeks to his playing career.
