Witts rucked brilliant and De Goey was excellent
Two pleasing outcomes among the many

Certainly was a standout and thing i like is after creating an avenue to goal
he follows up and supports the ball carrier that he gave supply to
This kid is gold

Witts was BOG according to AFL site.

Degoey also a stand out.

A meaningless game but a good way to get some game time and confidence into the young'uns.

De Goey hasn't put a foot wrong and is ready to play senior football this year and probably sooner rather than later. That's a terrific effort for a kid in his first year.

Great to hear Witts found some touch. He's now far to good for that level of football and should be an automatic selection once his fitness levels are at standard.

It sounds like Broomhead did well too. He was disappointing in the NAB games he played but like Witts is too good for VFL level and it's just up to him to make a spot his own. He has all the potential to be a very good footballer for our club.

So impressed with Witts as a few seasons back he was a kid out of Rugby land
And from AFL background we got Brodie who was exciting in his first year
Jarrod has improved out of sight and full steam ahead for two future champs
