I got the Nutri Ninja IQ last weekend, still figuring out how to get best results.

My logic is if you can pulverise the whole thing into liquid you keep the fibre that you throw away with a normal juicer.

My initial experiments indicate I need to add more water, but I'm making a hell of a margarita.

Yep I mostly do smoothies, easier for one thing! Juice is good for intense vitamin boost, like when your sick and your body needs the good stuff without having to digest the fibre.

With the ninja I think it works upside down? So you need to add the crunchy or hard stuff first, and work down through more water dense bits, then water. I find at least 1/2-3/4 cup of water is needed for a fair size serve. Our nuts in, then things like carrots, then the mushy stuff, then water on top. Reverse it for a regular blender.

Pretty much. The idea is you get the cup, stick in the hard veg first, then nuts or protein powder, then softer stuff with Ice last. Add water, put the cap on with the blades and turn upside down so the Ice is on the blades. Then Wooshka.

Bacon.

Just found 2 packs in the fridge that have to be cooked, well now. I'll have to supplement it with something later in the evening, but a big plate of bacon is so awesome that it's a meal all to itself.

Don't supplement, but compliment it with a pinot noir.

Add baked beans, toast, chili, some fried tomato, a couple of eggs even. God damn, happy fry up.

I'm having steak and salad.

My older sister got a little smoothie maker for Christmas. She posted her breaks smoothie ingredients on Facebook, so I said I'd send her a PDF of veggie/fruit smoothie receipes. She was wrapt, said the one she made last night was AMAZING, it had blueberries, strawberries.......and champagne and Malibu!

I don't think she quite gets the concept!
