Collingwood VFL GM @lukegatti wasn't taking holidays until he secured ex-Gold Coast Sun Jeremy Taylor. The tall defender is a locked-in Pie

At least we'll be well stocked for key/tall backs...

That was a Good Get.

We won’t have the Problem like last year when we would run out of Talls

You have a good memory, DTM. I'd forgotten about that salient little fact.

He's on a winning team now. Twisted Evil

You might be thinking of someone else. There's no Ellis on Essendon's VFL list.

There is, however, another Heppell - Aaron, brother of Dyson.

yep, timmy allan is generally a solid contributor. cal matheson should do well if he can get regular games. should also be over the shoulder injury he sustained last season. the hoff is a meat axe. love his competitveness. and lachie wallace doesn't know when to give up.

In general it is an interesting year for Collingwood VFL as well as many other VFL Clubs. A lot of players are heading to local, interstate and country football for careers, jobs and more money. The bullshit that many clubs spin that they have an AFL future when they are merely a top up player is coming home to roost. In saying that it does have its downside as player payments are getting out of hand.
