Have had mine for a few days and just tried on my polo it's fn huge. Medium my ass it's like an XL. My hat is also unstitching at the rear on the adjusting band.

Disappointing that the club has once again taken the supposedly cheaper option and made the caps all black even though they had a white front in all the advertising I saw.

The white front looks nicer IMO, helps the Collingwood faithful stand out just a little more in the stands and is a better representation of our club colours.

It'll be interesting to see how they wear as they appear to be a little thinner than previous years.

Am a Social Club member interstate.

Rang up the Club today. Our 3 Memberships will not be ready before Christmas, despite being in the automatic renewal program. Apparently some mix-up... on the system it shows the memberships purchased in early October.

Club says they will try and get something to us this week, but the Polo Shirt and backpack won't be out till January.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I got my membership delivered on the weekend (after receiving some caps earlier in the week) and low and behold the cap that came with my member choice option had the white front like I was expecting with all of them.

The quality is better as well and the same as previous years.

It looks like they must be rationing them out.

Still waiting for my supporter pack.

Is there anyone who hasn't received there membership pack yet but decided to check how their membership is tracking in terms of delivery time?

I'm asking because I went to check my membership tracker on the club membership website today and it said: "Awaiting transfer of data, allow 7 days from payment". However, I renewed my membership on November 21 last month and have an invoice number to prove that i have paid for it. Anyway I'm wondering if people have experienced similar problems with tracking their membership or are they fine?

I'm thinking I might give the club a call tomorrow to make sure everything is fine here. I don't expect to receive the membership pack until just before Christmas as I renewed before Christmas delivery cutoff date occurred which was November 23 from memory.

Best membership packs we have ever received. Well done to the Club and those in the membership team. Please ignore the complaining posters because they are surely plants from another Club trying to undermine the success of our membership drive.

Packs arrived.

The 'white' on the scarf is grey.

The hat doesn't fit properly. But then they never do. How difficult would it be to have some different sizes. Like even two?

Hat has too much black. As others have said, we should have more white than black in our merch. And that is white, not grey. Too much black doesn't stand out much and makes them too similar to other clubs.

Lanyard is fine. Yep, its all cheap sh$t from China but that doesn't really bother me. As long as it fits and looks good, but it doesn't.

Cards haven't arrived even though we have the same seats as last year.

Positive note: the bag is good.

Overall, a bit of a disappointment.

Out of curiosity when did you renew your membership as my package still hasn't arrived despite renewing on November 21 before the Christmas cut-off delivery time.

Here's hoping it comes this week or else I'll contact the club first thing on Monday next week to see how my membership is tracking along. After all I can't seem to track it through their club's membership website for some strange reason despite the club's reassurance it would be dispatched a few weeks back.
