David wrote: | Baldfacts, let's get off the topic of global warming (on which you're clearly a sceptic) for a moment and answer these questions:
1. Do you believe in pollution?
2. Do you believe that reducing pollution is a good idea?
3. Do you think the Carbon Tax was a lesser or equal mechanism for reducing pollution than Abbott's 'Direct Action' scheme?
4. Do you in general think that supporting ineffective policies is a good idea when better policies are achievable, or just on this issue? |
David,
Everyone would like to reduce pollution. However, trying to equate co2 as pollution as part of the global warming agenda and then trying to equate policies to reduce that as some noble and ideal policy are flawed.
Direct Action is ineffectual just like the carbon tax, which was worse. |

Guess I should be thankful that you didn't resort to calling me "absolute filth"
for not agreeing with your point of view |

I don't call people 'absolute filth' for opposing my viewpoint. Just Scott Morrison. _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Opposing the only action that is being proposed by the Government to fight global warming is not hypocrisy? Guess they must think that global warming is a myth after all. Sure that their members agree. |
You must be really bored to bother with such a silly and pointless response...get yourself a hobby... |

Hi Nomadjack,
My apologies. I did not realise that the Greens were global warming deniers |

And, of course, Tony.
I'd add George Brandis and Christopher Pyne, but I don't want to get too carried away _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |
