They certainly blew it and I couldn't be more happier. We wouldn't have heard the end of it if they won the Title.

Hard to say. Having Suarez and Sturridge certainly propelled them to title contention.

After Sturridge sustained numerous injuries and Suarez joined Barcelona, the inevitable decline began which led to Rodgers' departure just over a year after they nearly won the title.
