I imagine had Judd joined the Pies we might not have drafted Scott Pendlebury. Now that would have hurt.

Not sure that timeline checks out... Collingwood drafted Pendlebury while Judd was still captain at the Eagles.

Funnily enough- my first child was born when i was about Judd's age, and i had achilles tendonitis at the time. i still remember jumping out of bed in the middle of the night to attend to screaming baby, and barely managing to hobble along. I read the 'surgery' is to cut the nerve to the tendon, so the pain is 'still there', but Judd will not feel it. This means he won't feel it when it snaps either. Poor bastard will not know why he can't walk anymore.

Correct, Pendles and that other pox thing were drafted at end of 2005.
Judas jumped at the end of the Weasels 2007 finals campaign, at our hands.

why hasn't this thread been moved to the Sports Bar??? It is not a Collingwood thread. It should be sent there to die like the Dale Thomas thread.

Or is there a double standard emerging?????

This thread has been left here under the mods' 'Leniency for Schadenfreude' rider to the Rules.

This thread had already died before you bumped it. No posts since the 12th of Feb before yours.

Exactly! Pendlebury was drafted in the 2005 National Draft and Judd was traded to Carlton in the 2007 AFL Trade period unless collie dog is referring to the idea that we may have traded Pendlebury to obtain Judd back in 2007?

Anyway I feel that this is going to be Judd's last year all together and he'll retire at the end of the year especially if he has further injuries.
