I will not support Pendles for next Captain. We need to look to youth and the future. He is a great player, but we need a leader of men.
Lets try and resolve this issue on here or it could get ugly if we have to air our differences at the public AGM. Media will have a field day.

Hiss i totally respect your views mate, HOWEVER, i am going to have to politely disagree....... you see as wonderful a kid as Elliott is you don't go handing the captaincy to a 21 year old small forward pocket who (talent aside) is still not guaranteed his spot in the best 22 week in and out.
My advice to you Hiss, would be to find a local under 10's side in your area..run for coach, and test out some of these theories before invading the Collingwood board room brandishing your manifesto.
However i can not question your creativity and willingness to the cause. So i tip my hat to you.
