Sack Shaw this week, put in David Wheadon in as assistant coach and let's move forward.

One of the myths of football is that sacking a coach mid-season is a bad thing. The truth is only positives come from such an action. Look at Richmond, Bulldogs, Melbourne and Brisbane as examples.

Shaw is a club legend, but so what? He is a poor coach. Other teams in the past have appointed club legends as coach which set them back. Look at North Melbourne with Schimmelbusch and Richmond with Bartlett. Both these teams suffered by appointing club legends and now it seems it is our turn.

Things will get better immediately if Shaw is sacked.

PS Sack Frawley as well, the reserves are a disgrace.
