Unfortunately I have to agree with points 1 and 3. Having been a collingwood supporter and member for 35 years I don't think I have ever been as disapointed with the teams performances as I have been this year. I don't believe the committee should have been in such a hurry to secure the services of the WHOLE coaching staff until the full two years had been completed and a full evaluation completed.
Following Collingwood is a passion, but the club hierarchy should not take this passion to be a given right to follow one bad decision with another.
I believe all Collingwood supporters deserve an explanation on the close losses (under 20 pts is a coaches lose), the players roller coaster confidence ride also requires comment and can be attributed to poor coaching decisions, and to ask the football supporters around the country to help solve the team's form problems filled nobody with confidence.
Lets hope the committee does not put up with this next season and we have a much better year. If not I can see no problems with removing a poor performing coach and for that matter a poor performing President and committee.
